How to automate lead assignments using Zenroute?
Lead Assignment Rules is a powerful tool to automate the process of assigning lead to the most suitable sales representative on the based of some specific criteria.
To Automate the assignments, first need to setup some set of routing rules which will help team to determine who will get the lead based on the criteria defined. This process will enhance the sales team productivity and client experiences by assigning leads to the suitable representative automatically.
Go to Routing Rules page and setup all the related rules and criteria to automate the lead routing process. Routing Assignments Rules : A step-by-step guide Here is step-by-step guide to help you to setup Routing Assignments Rules as per business needs.
Step 1 : Go to Zenroute app and click on Routing Rules in the sidebar menu.
Step 2 : Enable Routing For Lead by clicking on the toggle.
Step 3 : Setting Up Routing Entry Criteria
User can setup the entry criteria by clicking on Entry Criteria button and create some set of conditions as per requirement and save it. If no entry criteria is defined then all the leads will be eligible for the routing process.
This criteria will check the eligibility of the lead , if it matched the criteria then lead is qualified to route. Otherwise will not be considered in routing. Once lead matched the entry criteria, the lead goes for routing rule match.
Step 4 : Setting Up Routing Rules
These will the rules with some set of criteria's which will help user to assign the lead to correct representative.
Add assignment , can be of type User, Queue, Round Robin and Lead Field. User can assign to any user type assignment field using this section.
Once lead matches the criteria, it will get automatically assigned to the assignment used.
Step 5 : Test and validate the Rule to ensure that leads are being assigned as expected.
Create a lead record with all the required field values it needs to match the defined criteria's , as created by you in Entry Criteria and in the Routing Rules condition. On lead insertion the lead should get assigned automatically to the assignment user.
