Lead to Account Matching
The "Lead to Account Matching" screen feature:
Each administrator will have the authority to create rules tailored to their specific needs, enabling them to configure the Lead To Account automation seamlessly for optimal user utilization.
Approaches with Salesforce Duplicate Rules:
Lead to Account Domain Match: This approach identifies accounts sharing the same domain as the lead's email and website, facilitating efficient matching.
Lead to Account Name Match: This approach matches accounts with the same company name as the lead record, streamlining the matching process.
Account Matching Criteria:
For an account to match a lead, its score must exceed the Minimum Prioritization Score.
The "Create Rules Modal/Popup" screen feature:
Lead Field Dropdown: Click inside the input box to open a dropdown displaying a list of lead field options, including "All Lead Fields" and "Match to Account Field Value."
Account Field Selection Box: Select an account field from the dropdown options.
Account Field Value Input Box: When the "Match to Account Field Value" option is selected in the Lead Field dropdown, enter a static value for comparison here.

Cancel Button: Click this button to discard any changes and close the modal.
Close Button: Clicking this button will close the Create Rules modal.
Score Section: Specify the score type and value for the rule. Each rule can add or deduct a score value. The rule can also be set as "Must Match," which is mandatory for an account to be eligible.
Prioritization Rule Section: This section contains the mapping of lead fields to account fields, along with a score and five conditions:
Consider Empty Fields Match (Both are Blank): If checked, the fields compared can match even when both fields' values are blank/null.
Consider Not Empty Value As Match (if account field value is not null and this field is checked, add score): If checked, the fields compared cannot match when both fields' values are blank/null.
Match Field With Empty Value (one is blank): If checked, the fields compared can match even when either of the fields' value is blank.
Exclude From Lead to Account Matching (Do not include in lead to account matching process): If checked, the rule is skipped from being considered during score calculation.
