About Dashboard

A dashboard is a visual representation of an organization's data health, using analytics and reporting to provide data visualizations for an overview of all activity performed. It offers the ability to quickly and easily view a summary of an application's status and history. It is an interactive user interface that provides a summary of key metrics and data points and also has a custom filter to see data by week, month, or custom date.

Navigating to the Dashboard

To access the Dashboard for a Zen Route, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Zenroute record in Salesforce.

2. Locate and click on the "Zenroute" logo.

3. Check the "Dashboard" detail for the desired information.
