Dashboard Custom Filter Modal
Each chart in the dashboard includes a custom filter modal that allows users to view data by week, month, or a custom date range.
By default, all data shown in the chart is for the last 30 days(Month). However, users can click on the "Custom" option to select a specific start date and end date, which will then display all data between those dates.
To apply a filter in the Dashboard feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Dashboard" of the Zenroute record in Salesforce.
Click on the "Filter" button.
Select either "Week," "Month," or "Custom" for the range you want to filter on.
If you choose "Custom," select a start date and end date.
Click on the "Apply" button to apply the selected filter.
To clear a date range filter in the analytics feature, follow these steps:
Go to the "Dashboard" tab of the Zenroute record in Salesforce.
Click on the "Change" button on the filter statistics module.
Click on the "Clear" button.
This will remove any filter applied to the date range and show all the responses again.
It's important to note that when filtering by date range, only the responses submitted within the specified date range will be visible
Users can navigate to feature UI pages for performing respective processes by clicking on items in the sidebar menu. The sidebar menu includes items for merging, matching, conversion, routing, and configuration.
